NIEUW BIER: De vlaskapelle
Het bier de vlaskapelle is een carnavals bier, een echt Gullegems bruintje. Zoals carnaval, komt ook vlaskapelle onverwachts uit de hoek. Met zijn verfijnde venijnige neus is dit een zeer opvallend bier onder de bruintjes van 5°.
Bij de eerste slok komen we karamel,chocolade en toetsen van gerooste mouten tegen, dit geeft een onweerstaanbaar warm karakter. Met de krachtige maar tegelijk zachte afdronk is dit een streling voor het gehemelte. Proef het bier en laat u meeslepen op de sfeer van carnaval.
2009
Momenteel zijn we bezig met een nieuwe installatie van 10Hl te plaatsen. Deze zou eind oktober operationeel moeten zijn.

Brouwerij ´t Brouwkot is een ambachtelijke brouwerij met een capaciteit van 4,2Hl.
De brouwerij is tot stand gekomen na de renovatie
van een schuur met alle vereisten om hygiënisch te kunnen
werken met voedingsstoffen. De brouwers Kim Olievier en Björn Desmadryl zullen de brouwerij runnen met alle finesse die nodig is om een kwalitatief hoogstaand product op de markt te brengen. De bieren worden op de
traditionele manier gebrouwen met respect voor natuurlijke ingrediënten. Deze eigenschap kan als uniek beschouwd worden in deze tijd van massaproductie.
We zouden nooit zover geraakt zijn zonder de stevige funderingen die we kregen van Peter en Kathleen van ´t Rusteel in Gullegem.

NEW BIER: vlaskapelle
Vlaskapelle is a brown beer made in Gullegem suitable for carnaval as it also comes with a big bang. It rises itself above the brown beers due to its refined scent. When taking a first sip you taste caramel, chocolate and touches of roasted malt which gives the beer an irresistibly warm character. Once swallowed, your mouth experiences a powerful yet gentle caress. Taste it and let yourself get swept away in carnaval ambiance

Brewery t Brouwkot is a traditional brewery with a limited capacity of only 4,2 Hl beer. The brewery was established by renovating a former barn with all the accommodations according to the food and hygiene reglementations. The brewers Kim Olievier and Björn Desmadryl will run the brewery with al the finesse needed to deliver a qualitative product. The beers will be brewed in a traditional way with respect for natural ingredients. In this time of mass production this can be considered a unicum. We would never be this far today without the major foundations we received from Peter and Kathleen from t Rusteel in Gullegem.
